Make a book! (again)

We want to make a book but using those materials such as:
Ruller, Cutter, Thread, Scissor, Pencil, Needle
Scrap paper for cover
Then, here are the steps:
Three holes pamphlet stitch
5 holes pamphlet stitch
Cover variation
And tadaaaa
